Effective August 2026. These terms govern your use of Life as a Product and all services run by LaaP Labs LLC.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any specific purpose — express or implied. Actuarial estimates are statistical, not personal predictions.
Our liability is strictly limited. IN NO EVENT SHALL LAAP LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER — incidental, consequential, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — resulting from use or inability to use the service, under any legal theory (warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise). Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LaaP Labs LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disputes go to binding individual arbitration. No class actions, no class arbitration, no representative proceedings. You waive those rights by using the service.
Wyoming law governs these terms. Any legal proceedings will be brought in Wyoming courts.

Fine print: "lifetime" means the commercial lifespan of the service, not yours. Charter terms can be updated with 30 days notice.
